Start with the work you can actually carry.

Tell us when you are available, what experience you bring and which jobs you are prepared to finish. Current needs may include costumes, transportation, event setup, hospitality, translation, photography, administration, fundraising and communications.

Work involving young people may require additional orientation, supervision or screening. We define the task, the schedule and the responsible lead before placing a volunteer. A warm welcome and clear boundaries belong together.

Reliable volunteers make the organization calmer for families and safer for young dancers. Clear communication, punctuality, respect for privacy and the willingness to complete an ordinary task matter more than arriving with a grand plan.
